Hi,
We have just returned from staying for 1 night (16th October) at your hotel. I must admit the service was fantastic, we stayed at the lodge (party of 5), more than comfortable and clean,private car parking.
We had dinner in the restaurant which was superb and service was second to none; and the same at breakfast next morning. We then had a great day a Alton Towers before returning our journey back to Scotland the same evening, I would recommend it for a stopping place if any of my friends are thinking of travelling to Alton Towers; great service and very reasonable, keep up the good work!
You can be sure, that the next time we visit Stoke to watch the Potters, we'll certainly stay at your hotel again.

I have stayed at the Tollgate hotel twice now, when me and my colleagues travel
to Alton Towers from London. I have to say I found the service excellent, the staff are very friendly and the hotel
itself was perfect for us. Unfortunately we had some difficulties with our
vehicle upon our departure to find that the staff were more than happy to help
us. I would not hesitate to stay again if we travel to Alton Towers
again.

My two children and I stayed with you at your hotel overnight. I had to 'write'

We have found the new conference facilities at Tollgate to be
excellent. There is a choice of 2 comfortable rooms which are a good size
big enough for a larger meeting, but not so big that a small group rattles
around!
All the services you might need are available, with flexible arrangements for
food and drink. The staff are always very friendly, enthusiastic, and
professional.

Just a short note to say myself & family booked two rooms with yourselves for
one night & that it was one of the best hotels I've stayed in for a long
time. The rooms were excellent with lots of facilities that you do not find in
more expensive hotels. The restaurant& bar staff were very
accommodating & friendly then there was the entertainment in the bar in the
evening - a very pleasurable stay indeed! Within my work I'm often in

First may I apologise for the delay, I have only just gone online.
My wife & I along with two friends stopped at your hotel before, it was our
3rd visit, and I must say how welcome the staff made us feel. They even
offered to take us out for the evening as we didn't know where to go. The
food and accommodation were excellent as always.
I will continue to use your hotel when I am in that part of the country, and
maybe next time I will book using my computer.
